NTS GmbH currently manages 35,000 m² of storage space at its locations in the Rhine-Main region, where a wide variety of product groups in the food or non-food sector are professionally stored and traded on a daily basis. Various storage techniques are used for this purpose in order to achieve the highest level of quality and reliability. The warehouses, with a clear storage height of 11m, are equipped with modern high rack technology up to radio-controlled mobile racking systems.
Access is via hall gates at ramp height, which are equipped with electric dock levellers and roller gates. The warehouses are located within a closed area and are secured by alarm systems connected to a reliable security service.
For pallet storage, more than 40,000 storage spaces are available in the racks. For small parts, a shelving system was installed over two levels, which are connected with a goods lift. In this system, 1,500 shelf spaces are available for storage and order picking.

In addition to the storage and retrieval of pallets, the services offered by NTS within the warehousing activity also include order picking, the packaging of goods, the construction of pallets and the creation of displays, through to the creation of assortments, the cleaning of goods and price labelling.
A modern merchandise management system from GIGATON (Logos) is available for warehouse management. The software guarantees inventory management as well as the administration of BBD, FIFO and batches. A reorder point procedure, barcoding and serial number tracking can also be implemented.
