The constantly increasing demands placed on the NTS company and therefore also on its employees make it necessary to constantly review, develop and improve the individual processes. Above all, the employees who take responsibility for the perfect interaction between people and the technology used ensure that customers can be provided with the highest level of quality.
As individual links in a strong chain, NTS employees are involved in a continuous development and improvement process as part of their daily work, with the aim of providing a flawless, high-quality service. We achieved a milestone on the way to this goal back in 1997 with certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9002.

NTS has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 since 2016. In order to maintain the quality standard achieved, NTS voluntarily submits to the annual inspection of its processes by DEKRA.

In 2016, certification in the area of IFS was successfully achieved for the first time and has been recertified annually since then.

In order to further improve performance and quality standards, particularly in the area of international transport and storage of goods, an application was made to become an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO).

Following an inspection and audit of the sites by the main customs office in Darmstadt, National-Transport-Service GmbH was granted AEO authorisation on 28 March 2024.
