The constantly increasing demands placed on the company NTS and thus also on the employees make it permanently necessary to review, further develop and improve the individual processes. Above all, it is the employees who take responsibility for the perfect interaction between people and the technology used that ensure that customers can be provided with quality at the highest level.
As a single link in a strong chain, the employees of NTS live within the framework of their daily work in a permanent development and improvement process, with the goal of providing error-free, high-quality service. We reached a milestone on the way there with the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9002 as early as 1997.

NTS has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 since 2016. In order to maintain the quality standard achieved, NTS voluntarily submits to the annual review of the processes by DEKRA.

In 2016, certification in the area of IFS was also successfully achieved for the first time and has been recertified annually since then.
