In order to be able to handle the general cargo volume on time and to the satisfaction of the customers, NTS is a shareholder and partner of the general cargo cooperation Cargo Trans Logistik AG (CTL). The network has over 140 partners nationally and a further 35 internationally.
For the handling of overseas consignments entrusted to NTS as well as for commissioned airfreight consignments, NTS has concluded cooperation agreements with local partners at the Port of Hamburg and Frankfurt Airport in addition to its own in-house expertise.

From land transport to air freight and sea freight, including container handling, as well as export and import handling, the strengths of NTS stand out.
The constantly increasing demands placed on the company NTS and thus also on the employees make it permanently necessary to review, further develop and improve the individual processes. Above all, it is the employees who take responsibility for the perfect interaction between people and the technology used that ensure that customers can be provided with quality at the highest level.
As a single link in a strong chain, the employees of NTS live within the framework of their daily work in a permanent development and improvement process, with the goal of providing error-free, high-quality service. We reached a milestone on the way there with the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9002 as early as 1997.
The next step, certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, was successfully implemented in December 2003. Since February 2009, NTS has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
In 2016, IFS certification was also successfully achieved for the first time.
In order to maintain the quality standard achieved, NTS voluntarily submits to the annual review of its processes by DEKRA.
